How Our Ambassadors Embrace Excellence

Our Ambassadors are determined to be the best at what they do. Their workshops convey their drive for excellence and must meet high standards set by Bosch that exceed the demand of both vehicle and customer needs. In addition to upholding Bosch Auto Service's values and standards, each Ambassador location will have a heightened level of responsibilities, to be considered an Ambassador. These responsibilities are listed as follows.
Marketing Responsibilities
  • Access to your location for photo and video shoots to be used for promotional material as Bosch Auto Service sees fit
  • Participation in Bosch Auto Service promotional material including photoshoots, video creation, interviews and any other promotional Bosch Auto Service sees fit
  • Active in all Ambassador shop meetings
  • Attendance at all Bosch Auto Service annual and regional meetings
  • Conducts a full Ambassador interview and allows for material to be used for promotional use
  • Host Bosch Auto Service events at their workshop
  • Test/Pilot new franchise programs and elements as Bosch Auto Service sees fit
  • Allow periodic visits of Bosch & Bosch Auto Service management
  • Communicate and answer questions with potential franchise prospects
Tool & Equipment Requirements
  • Bosch ADAS calibration equipment
  • High voltage bay with all required safety equipment
  • High-voltage safety tools and equipment
  • Dedicated alignment bay (Bosch equipment with Hunter unit)
  • Electric vehicle charging station
  • Tablet for each service advisor and technician
  • Large TV monitor in common area of workshop (WIP screen displayed)
Branding Responsibilities
  • Shop must fit into exterior and interior requirements and allow for Bosch Auto Service building signage on their structure
  • Modern flooring in both workshop bay area and customer lounge
  • Exterior signage such as a Pylon must be included
