Our franchise locations receive expert coaching from our team, who know the industry inside and out. Unlike typical consultants, our coaches bring hands-on experience in fixed operations, owning auto repair shops, managing dealerships, and various other roles within the industry. We believe that for our franchises to truly excel, our coaches must bring this comprehensive industry experience to the table. We are confident that our team, having encountered and overcome every challenge in the field, is fully equipped to help each franchise reach its full potential.
Shawn Dupuie
Shawn Dupuie, our Senior Director of Sales and Operations, brings 30 years of impressive automotive experience. Starting as a technician, he progressed through various roles, including service management professional, service readiness engineer, and performance consultant, before owning his own shop.
Shawn's expertise extends to corporate roles within the automotive industry, where he has assisted workshops and dealerships in multiple countries, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational performance. Currently, Shawn is actively involved in a global patent, focused on a technician assistant utilizing AI technology.
Beyond work, Shawn's passion for cars extends to drag racing, road racing, and attending car shows. His diverse collection includes a C7 Corvette and a '57 Chevy, to name a few. Shawn's enthusiasm for cars is rivaled only by his love for wrestling, where he serves as both a fan and a volunteer for a youth wrestling association. Additionally, spending quality time with his family and their rescued dogs from the Great Lakes Bully Brigade is paramount in his life.
Nick Rodgers
Nick Rodgers, our Performance and Operations Manager, brings 20 years of automotive industry experience. Advancing from an advisor to director roles at dealerships including BMW and Tesla. Certified by Toyota, BMW, Ford, Mazda, Hyundai, and Tesla, he offers invaluable expertise.
As a Bosch consultant, Nick assists workshops in maximizing their potential through personalized consulting, ensuring they're equipped with the future technologies shaping the aftermarket industry. Drawing from his experiences at Bosch and Tesla, he spearheads innovative capacity management solutions.
Nick's dedication to the automotive is inspired by his father's project cars. Outside of work, Nick's family is his pride and joy. He loves watching his son play baseball and his daughter swim competitively. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and surfing.
Joe Carroll
Joe Carroll, our Regional Workshop Consultant, is backed by an extensive 40-year track record of automotive expertise. Starting as a technician helper at Sewell Village Cadillac, Joe climbed the ranks to master technician, shop foreman, and service director within Sewell. Throughout his career, Joe has demonstrated a strong mechanical aptitude and adaptability.
In 2014, Joe transitioned to an automotive service consultant, traveling across the U.S. to assist repair shops in improving their processes and staffing. With notable experience at Sewell, Penske, and Hendricks, Joe's achievements include being the first manager to receive Sewell Cadillac's Extra Miler Award.
Joe values his family and enjoys spending time with his grandchildren. He is passionate about animal welfare and has rescued two horses from a Mississippi horse shelter.
Andrew Zink
Andrew Zink, our Workshop Consultant, brings over 30 years of automotive expertise to our team, driven by an unwavering passion for automobiles.
Andrew's automotive journey began as a co-op automotive technician at K-mart Automotive in Michigan, followed by a role as a prototype technician at Ford Motor Company, where he oversaw the construction and maintenance of experimental vehicles. Transitioning into automotive technical training, Andrew developed Bosch's Hydrogen Fuel Cell technician training course.
Outside of work, he enjoys working on his 1966 Chevrolet Nova and 1989 Toyota Land Cruiser. Beyond automotive pursuits, Andrew finds joy in downhill skiing and big game hunting.
